New Plumbing Repair Procedure
The owner of a unit requiring plumbing repairs for A, C, G & H buildings must pick up a key at the management office. A $50.00 cash only deposit is required. The deposit will be refunded to the owner upon receipt of the key.
- A copy of the Plumbers license and proof of insurance must be provided before any common area plumbing affected can be turned
off. - The unit owner must be present during the plumbing repair.
- The unit owner must provide 24-hour advance notice prior to water turn off.
- Please be considerate and schedule repairs weekdays, after 9:00 a.m. and before 5:00 p.m.
